The Napolitan Monster, inspired by a memory Asuka Mizuki shared with her grandfather before dementia took hold. More than wanting to taste it again, she wished he could eat it once more, at the restaurant he had forgotten. Finding that flavor, Asuka realized it marked the beginning of her life as an individual, and her grandfather taught her that eating is not only about enjoyment, but about gratitude.
